Refund policy

🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Sadak Wear

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Customized or limited-edition drops

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchange (subject to availability)
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after quality check of returned item
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval

5. Reverse Shipping Charges

  • ₹100–₹150 may be deducted as return shipping fee
  • Free replacement if item is defective or wrong product delivered

6. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video + images for verification
  • We will provide free replacement or full refund

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

9. Important Notes

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
