1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days across India
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹999
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable): ₹50–₹100

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID
  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner

5. Delays & Issues

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or high demand
  • Sadak Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • However, we will always assist you in tracking your order

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If the order is undelivered, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

8. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

  • If an order is returned due to non-acceptance or failed delivery:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges

9. Damaged Package

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, do not accept it
